Description

You will design, develop, and implement advanced internal-facing AI assistant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure, and efficient internal assistant solutions using AI and NLP.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate architectural decisions.
• Lead the integration of chatbots with internal systems, databases, and APIs.
• Implement best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with a focus on AI and machine learning.
• Proven experience architecting internal-facing AI chatbot solutions (similar to Glean or Rogo).
• Hands-on experience with Python, LLMs, and Generative AI technologies.
• Deep understanding of natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and text generation.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment and scaling.
• Practical experience with MLOps practices and tools for model lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
