Description

You will own the technical direction for AI architecture, model integration, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI pipelines using Databricks (Delta, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Model Serving).
• Integrate GenAI platforms (Mosaic AI, Genie, Azure OpenAI) and orchestrate via MCP server for NL→SQL and conversational intelligence.
• Implement governed, cost-optimized MLOps pipelines including retraining, lineage, and observability.
• Build multi-agent architectures combining text, tabular, and image models.
• Enforce role-based security and governance through Unity Catalog.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in AI/ML or Data Science.
• 3+ years working specifically on the Databricks platform.
• Expertise in Databricks components: SQL Warehouse, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Model Serving, OCR.
• Proficiency in GenAI tools: Mosaic AI, Genie, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Vector Search, MCP Server.
• Experience with core ML techniques: Isolation Forest, PSI/KSI drift detection, and model retraining.
• Strong background in Data Engineering using Spark, Python, Delta Lake, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of governance and security practices: RBAC, lineage, masking, compliance policies.
• Experience with vision models, including ViT and Grad-CAM explainability methods.
