Core Responsibilities

Build and integrate conversational agents using NLP and generative AI.

Mentor and lead AI design and development.

Conduct peer reviews and establish development standards.

Design agent architecture, APIs, and user flows.

Tune NLP models and monitor performance via dashboards.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Automation CoE.

Lead PoC initiatives with emerging technologies.

Prepare technical documentation and presentations.

Required Skills

Google: CX Agent Studio, Dialogflow CX, CCAI Services.

AWS: Bedrock, Transcribe, Comprehend, Lambda, Step Functions.

Microsoft: Foundry, Azure AI Search, AI Language, Power Platform, Copilot Studio.

Programming: C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python.

Strong API design and integration skills.

Experience building dashboards (Looker) and monitoring AI performance.

Strong communication, consultative, and problem-solving skills.

Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s in CS/IS or related field (Master’s preferred).

6+ years in IT, with 4+ years in AI Conversational/Generative AI.

Mandatory: 2 years with Google Conversational Agents / Dialogflow CX.

Mandatory: 2 years with Enterprise Looker Dashboards.

Mandatory: 2 years with AWS ecosystem (Bedrock, Transcribe, Comprehend, Lambda, Step Functions).

Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Foundry, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online.

Preferred: Google/AWS certifications.

Cross-functional expertise in at least two areas: app dev, networking, middleware, storage, DB, operations, AI/ML, NLP/LLM
