Description

You will design, build, and scale next-generation intelligent HR solutions leveraging AI, GenAI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI/GenAI and MCP architectural roadmap for Oracle HRM and enterprise HR ecosystems.
• Translate business use cases (recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee experience, workforce analytics) into scalable AI/MCP-driven solutions.
• Drive enterprise adoption of Model Context Protocol (MCP) for context-aware AI interactions across HR, ITSM, and service delivery domains.
• Integrate AI/GenAI with Oracle HRM, Workday, payroll, ITSM, and workforce experience platforms.
• Ensure security and compliance in all AI workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in AI and GenAI technologies.
• Deep understanding of MCP architectural patterns.
• Experience designing enterprise architecture for AI solutions.
• Familiarity with Oracle Human Resource Management (HRM).
• Experience integrating systems like Workday, payroll, and ITSM.
