You will architect and build configurable Policy Administration Systems for the insurance domain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance Policy Administration Systems with a focus on configurability, extensibility, and performance.
• Develop complex, configurable data models to support diverse insurance products and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and integrate externalized workflow orchestration for policy lifecycle events.
• Design and develop API-first services for seamless upstream and downstream system integration.
• Ensure solutions remain cloud-agnostic and portable across infrastructure providers.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience building or customizing Policy Administration Systems.
• Deep understanding of PAS architecture, policy lifecycle, and associated complexities.
• Proven experience designing configurable and extensible data models.
• Experience with workflow engines and externalized orchestration frameworks.
• Strong experience with API-first development, RESTful services, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java or .NET.
• Experience building cloud-agnostic solutions with containerization and infrastructure abstraction.
