You own the architectural vision for cloud SaaS platforms leveraging AI capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the platform architectural roadmap for cloud SaaS AI capabilities.
• Partner with the lead product architect to align product and platform architectures.
• Design architectural frameworks supporting the SRE team and optimizing workflows using artificial intelligence.
• Help with AI-aware monitoring, observability, incident triaging, reliability, and operations based on SRE standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience with operational experience in Data and AI.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts.
• Strong experience with Python and Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Expertise in Statistical Modeling and Data Analysis.
• Familiarity with SRE principles and incident management.
• Experience with architectural design and requirements gathering.
