Description

You will design and lead the development of scalable, secure AI and Generative AI architectures, focusing on multi-agent systems and LLM orchestration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design modular, scalable agentic systems that integrate seamlessly with other AI components.
• Lead the development of multi-agent systems for autonomous process execution, exception handling, and decision support.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems to ground agents in enterprise context.
• Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs for domain-specific tasks and implement NLP-powered reasoning and planning.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of AI solutions while integrating them into existing tools.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or AI architecture.
• Deep expertise in Agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and autonomous agent frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience building RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Ability to develop versatile AI models adaptable for multiple use cases.
• Understanding of LLM-powered reasoning, planning, and tool-use capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET for integration and enhancement of existing systems.
• Background in custom orchestration layers for intelligent agent networks.
