Description

You will design, develop, and implement Generative AI models and algorithms. You own the technical governance and architecture for enterprise-grade AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Generative AI models using GPT, T5, and BERT.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
• Research and integrate advancements in machine learning and deep learning.
• Architect MLOps systems and manage technical governance.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience developing Generative AI models (GPT, T5, BERT).
• 8+ years with machine learning libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• 8+ years with advanced NLP techniques using SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and documentation.
• Experience with LLMs, OpenAI GPT, and GenAI frameworks (RAG, Agentic).
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, OOPs, and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, NoSQL, Elastic, and file-based data storage.
• Proficiency in AWS (required), GCP, or Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in life sciences.
• Project management, governance, and customer handling at SLT and VP levels.
• Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs.
