You will architect end-to-end AI pipelines and govern model integration across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI pipelines using Databricks components including Delta, Unity Catalog, MLflow, and Model Serving.
• Integrate GenAI platforms (Mosaic AI, Genie, Azure OpenAI) and orchestrate them via an MCP server for NL→SQL and conversational intelligence.
• Implement governed, cost-optimized MLOps pipelines featuring retraining, lineage tracking, and observability.
• Build multi-agent architectures that combine text, tabular, and image models.
• Enforce role-based security and governance through Unity Catalog, ensuring compliance and data masking.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in AI/ML or Data Science.
• 3+ years experience on the Databricks Platform (SQL Warehouse, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Model Serving, OCR).
• Proven experience with LLM-driven architectures, specifically RAG and NL→SQL.
• Proficiency in Spark, Python, Delta Lake, and REST APIs.
• Experience with GenAI tools: Mosaic AI, Genie, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Vector Search, and MCP Server.
• Knowledge of ML techniques including Isolation Forest, PSI/KSI drift detection, and model retraining.
• Familiarity with Vision Models (ViT, Grad-CAM, explainability methods).
