Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy intelligent agents using Snowflake and its native AI capabilities
• Conduct AI workshops, identify use cases, and assess technical feasibility
• Design, architect, and implement scalable AI-driven solutions
• Lead POCs, pilot projects, and AI transformation initiatives
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and client engagement
• Ensure successful delivery through testing, optimization, and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience:

• Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics
• Strong expertise in Snowflake, including Cortex Agents, Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, Snowflake SECRET, and Snowflake Intelligence
• Experience with Matillion, Microsoft Power BI, and modern data processing platforms
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI services
• Strong Solution Architecture, System Integration, and Enterprise AI implementation experience
• Experience designing, deploying, and evaluating AI/ML models and scalable AI solutions
• Proven ability to lead AI initiatives, manage projects, and drive successful outcomes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring technical teams and collaborating with clients and business leaders
• Ability to align AI solutions with business objectives and digital transformation strategies
• Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and emerging AI technologies

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Snowflake SnowPro, SnowPro Advanced Data Engineer, or SnowPro Advanced Architect.
• Relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Cloud Computing.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake platform Microsoft Azure services, Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services.
• Demonstrated experience in solution architecture, including creating architectural designs and integrating AI solutions with existing systems.
• Extensive experience in engaging with clients and consulting to understand their business needs, assess client requirements, and drive change management initiatives.
• Proven experience in integrating AI solutions with business domains, addressing enterprise concerns, adhering to industry standards, and leveraging established patterns and best practices.
• Seasoned experience working in an agile development environment, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Strong experience in developing, selling, and delivering technical solutions that meet client requirements and demonstrate measurable value.
• Seasoned professional technical, IT, or operations experience within a large-scale (preferably multinational) technology services environment, covering areas such as software development, technical presales, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver pilot projects, manage project timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry-specific AI applications and trends, with the ability to adapt solutions to meet the unique requirements of different sectors
