Design and implement scalable, secure internal AI assistant solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect internal-facing AI chatbot solutions using NLP and Generative AI.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate architectural decisions.
• Integrate chatbot capabilities with internal systems, databases, and APIs.
• Implement best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with a focus on AI and machine learning.
• Hands-on experience with Python, LLMs, and Generative AI technologies.
• Proven experience architecting internal-facing AI chatbot solutions.
• Deep understanding of natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and text generation.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment and scaling.
• Experience with MLOps practices and tools for model lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
