Description

Design and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions for healthcare, finance, and FP&A domains. Own the architecture of Agentic AI, data pipelines, and reporting systems on Google Cloud Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Agentic AI and data architectures.
• Define business logic, user-centric reporting formats, and AI agent behaviors.
• Lead Agile product planning, roadmap definition, and acceptance criteria execution.
• Coordinate UAT strategy, business validation, and solution adoption governance.
• Partner with finance leadership to align AI solutions with daily FP&A workflows.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise AI solution architecture and product ownership.
• Strong domain expertise in Healthcare, Finance, FP&A, and financial planning.
• Proficiency in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Vertex AI, and Vertex AI Agent Builder.
• Deep knowledge of GCP services: BigQuery, BigLake, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Spark, and Kafka.
• Experience with data lakehouse architecture, batch/streaming processing, and data modeling.
• Understanding of MLOps practices including CI/CD, model registry, and monitoring.
• Ability to define reporting transformations using Looker and Looker Studio.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with conversational AI and conversational analytics.
• Knowledge of AI governance models and hallucination handling techniques.
