Description

Own the end-to-end architecture for AI agents, DSLs, and SFMC automation ecosystems while leading engineering teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design agentic AI systems, backend microservices, and SFMC integrations (REST/SOAP) with defined DSL schemas for deterministic execution.
• Lead POCs, prototypes, and architectural spikes to validate design decisions and technology choices across engineering teams.
• Partner with AI/ML teams on agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering strategies.
• Architect cloud-native, highly available systems on AWS using Terraform, ensuring observability and compliance.
• Define guardrails, validation, and safety frameworks for AI-generated journeys and campaigns.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a Tech Lead or Architect role.
• Strong background in AI/ML systems, including LLMs, agentic architectures, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines.
• Deep understanding of DSL design, interpreters, ASTs, and compiler concepts.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Java.
• Experience designing complex distributed systems, workflow automation platforms, and microservices.
• Cloud-native architecture experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including containers and IaC.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams, conduct design reviews, and drive technical decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building AI-driven workflow automation or autonomous agent systems.
• Familiarity with AMP script, SSJS, or marketing automation/CRM systems.
