You will design and architect scalable, enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using Kore.AI and other industry platforms.
Responsibilities
Design end-to-end system architectures that integrate bots with backend systems, databases, and third-party enterprise platforms like CRM, ERP, and ticketing tools.
Implement advanced NLP/NLU techniques for intent detection, sentiment analysis, and contextual understanding.
Develop sophisticated conversational workflows and natural language outputs using Generative AI models and optimized prompt engineering.
Lead the integration of conversational AI solutions with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SAP via APIs, SDKs, and microservices.
Define and implement best practices for AI model deployment, orchestration, monitoring, and security architectures.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in AI architecture and solution design.
Hands-on expertise with Kore.AI and conversational AI platforms.
Deep understanding of NLP/NLU techniques, including tokenization and named entity recognition.
Extensive experience with Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, BioGPT) and prompt engineering.
Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, or JavaScript.
Experience designing solutions with REST APIs, webhooks, and microservice-based architectures.
Proficiency with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines using Git and Jenkins.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
Preferred Skills
Experience implementing conversational AI in banking, healthcare, or retail domains.
Knowledge of Voice AI and multimodal conversational experiences.
Familiarity with AI ethics, security best practices, and enterprise compliance frameworks.
