Description

You will define and own end-to-end AI solution architectures, guiding projects from discovery through production hardening and scale-out.

Responsibilities

• Define reference architectures for RAG, vector indexing, embeddings, orchestration, LLM apps, agents, and multimodal pipelines on Azure.
• Lead design reviews, threat modeling, and governance to ensure solution integrity and adherence to Microsoft best practices.
• Architect solutions using Azure OpenAI, AI Search, AI Foundry, and Cognitive Services, integrating with Azure Functions, AKS, and data stores.
• Drive Responsible AI guardrails, content filters, and compliance while mentoring engineers on reusable patterns and libraries.
• Lead RFPs, solution blueprints, cost-effort estimation, and customer workshops to translate business outcomes into technical deliverables.

Required Skills

• 15+ years in software solution engineering with 5+ years as an architect or principal lead.
• Expertise in RAG architectures, LLM application design, prompting, orchestration, and grounding.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search (vector/hybrid), and Azure ML pipelines.
• Proficiency in .NET, ASP.NET Core, Azure PaaS, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform.
• Strong performance engineering skills: load testing, profiling, token optimization, caching, and autoscaling.
• Solid grounding in security, identity (Entra ID), VNET, Key Vault, and data governance.
• Experience with pre-sales, proposal authoring, and customer stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Semantic Kernel and Prompt Flow.
• Background in AIOps/MLOps for reliability and cost optimization.
