Description

You own the design and evolution of end-to-end AI architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define AI architectures covering ingestion, storage, retrieval, reasoning, action, and monitoring.
• Specify non-functional requirements, including latency, throughput, privacy, compliance, observability, and cost.
• Govern prompt and version management, enforcing safety policies and controls for prompt injection and PII protection.
• Lead Proofs of Concept from design through to production using Azure-based templates.
• Establish measurement frameworks for hallucination rate, groundedness, answer quality, CSAT, and deflection.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in AI/ML software development.
• 3-5+ years in solution or enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience designing AI systems at enterprise scale on Azure.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure AI Foundry, Azure SDK, Cosmos DB, Azure OpenAI, Service Principals, Azure Blob Storage, Azure AI Search, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Agent.
• Expertise in LLMs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.
• Strong knowledge of multi-cloud cost and latency trade-offs.
• Experience integrating with insurance platforms (policy, claims, underwriting).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Azure.
