Description

Design and implement enterprise-grade AI agents and conversational systems using Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI services, and Google CCAI ecosystems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and virtual assistants using Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Language Service, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build and integrate conversational agents using Google CX Agent Studio, Dialogflow CX, and Google CCAI Services.
• Connect chatbots to Office 365, SharePoint, and third-party APIs to enhance functionality.
• Develop, test, and deploy chatbot applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python.
• Maintain SharePoint Online solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Required Skills

• Agentic AI Developer experience using Microsoft Foundry (mandatory).
• Agentic AI Developer experience using Google Conversational Agents and Dialogflow CX with focus on Google CCAI Services (mandatory).
• Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint Online solutions using MS Power Platform (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of IT design and implementation experience.
• At least 2 years of AI Conversational Agents implementation experience using Microsoft and Google ecosystems.
• At least 1 year of Power Platform experience.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python.
• Knowledge of at least two technical disciplines: Application development, Network design, Middleware, Servers/storage, Database management, Operations, or AI/ML fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Experience with LLM integration and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
