Description

You will design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Gen AI solutions and implement best practices for application patterns.
• Fine-tune LLMs and evaluate Gen AI outputs to ensure performance, accuracy, and optimal service delivery.
• Conduct experiments and analyses to evaluate solution performance and improve existing implementations.
• Collaborate with data scientists, security professionals, and IT operations to align technical implementation with stakeholder requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation for all Gen AI-based solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI-related roles.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Experience with vector databases including Redis, Chroma, or Pinecone.
• Knowledge of Gen AI monitoring tools such as W&B or LangSmith.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS Bedrock, Azure, or Google Cloud Vertex AI.
• Ability to evaluate and improve Gen AI output quality.
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing Gen AI use cases for Contact Centres.
