Job Description

Design, develop, and support Medallia Experience Cloud solutions to capture, analyze, and improve customer and employee experience programs. • Configure Medallia surveys, feedback forms, workflows, alerts, dashboards, reporting, and text analytics based on business requirements. • Implement and manage integrations between Medallia and enterprise systems using APIs, web services, CRM platforms (Salesforce), and data warehouses. • Develop and maintain data ingestion, transformation, validation, and reporting processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and customer experience teams to translate requirements into scalable Medallia solutions. • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance optimization, and platform enhancements for existing Medallia implementations. • Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation activities while ensuring adherence to quality standards. • Create dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and actionable insights using Medallia reporting and analytics capabilities. • Required Skills: Medallia Experience Cloud, Survey Configuration, Experience Management (XM), APIs, SQL, Data Analytics, Dashboard Development, Salesforce Integration, Agile/Scrum, SIT, UAT, and Stakeholder Management. Experience: 3+ years with Medallia implementations and 5+ years in Customer Experience (CX), CRM, or Digital Experience platforms.
