Key Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered workflow automations for recruiting and contractor onboarding processes.
• Design and optimize prompts and reusable templates in Claude.
• Automate contractor agreement generation (C2C and 1099 agreements).
• Improve and automate repetitive administrative and operational processes.
• Create scalable AI workflows that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Integrate AI tools into existing business processes.
• Identify additional automation opportunities across the organization.
• Document workflows and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience building AI workflow automations.
• Hands-on experience with Claude.
• Experience using Perplexity AI.
• Strong prompt engineering skills.
• Experience automating document generation and business workflows.
• Ability to analyze business processes and design automation solutions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.).
• Python scripting.
• Zapier, Make.com, or n8n.
• Microsoft Power Automate.
• API integrations.
• OCR and document automation.
• Contract lifecycle automation.
• Experience supporting recruiting, staffing, HR, or business operations
