Description

Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to support business operations and enhance user productivity.

Build and maintain complex Power Automate workflows, including approvals, integrations, exception handling, and process automation.

Integrate Copilot Studio solutions with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise data sources.

Develop conversational experiences, custom actions, and orchestration workflows that align with business requirements and user needs.

Troubleshoot, test, optimize, and support AI-driven solutions across development, test, and production environments.

Collaborate with architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready AI and automation solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of Power Platform development and 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio development in a production environment.

Proven experience building, deploying, and supporting enterprise AI and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 technologies.

Strong expertise in integrating Copilot Studio with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph APIs, and enterprise data sources
