Description

You will design, develop, and maintain intelligent chatbots and AI agents to support enterprise use cases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain intelligent chatbots and AI agents using Moveworks Agent Studio and Glean Agents.
• Build and manage Python-based automation scripts and backend services to streamline business operations.
• Develop APIs and backend microservices to integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems like ServiceNow and Workday.
• Customize conversational AI workflows, monitor agent performance, and conduct fine-tuning based on analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical automation solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development or IT automation experience, including 2+ years in AI chatbot development.
• Hands-on experience with Moveworks, Glean, or similar conversational AI platforms.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation workflows.
• Strong understanding of NLP concepts, intent recognition, and AI model training/evaluation.
• Experience with REST APIs and building backend microservices.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with monitoring and analytics using Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end solution delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise ITSM systems like ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms such as the Power Platform.
