Lead the strategic vision, growth, and delivery frameworks for the Automation Business Unit.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute practice vision, growth strategies, and guiding principles for the Automation Business Unit.
• Drive business development through pre-sales discussions, estimation, proposal development, and SOW creation.
• Collaborate with Alliance and Marketing teams to define go-to-market strategies and execute joint sales planning.
• Establish delivery frameworks, standards, and methodologies to ensure successful client engagements.
• Mentor Director-level colleagues and support the professional development of automation consultants.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in automation or related fields.
• Deep subject-matter expertise in AI, Appian, and ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and business unit management.
• Strong background in sales enablement, including technical pitches and contract negotiations.
• Experience establishing delivery standards and monitoring project outcomes.
• Ability to manage high-level stakeholder relationships and partner alliances.
• Experience in recruiting, resource management, and career mentorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Billable target management (up to 20%) through strategic assessments and client leadership roles.
