Description

Design and build autonomous AI-driven automation systems that integrate with enterprise infrastructure, SRE platforms, and CI/CD pipelines. You will own the lifecycle of these solutions, from orchestrating Agentic AI workflows to ensuring enterprise-grade security and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end automation solutions using Python and Shell scripting to eliminate manual operational tasks.
• Orchestrate Agentic AI workflows via REST/JSON APIs to enable autonomous remediation, validation, and decision support.
• Build API-first automation by integrating internal and external systems using webhooks and event-driven patterns.
• Collaborate with SRE and Platform Engineering teams to automate reliability, resiliency, and operational insights.
• Create reusable automation frameworks and libraries that scale across portfolios while maintaining security and auditability standards.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Python and Shell scripting for automation and systems integration.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON payloads, authentication mechanisms, and API lifecycle management.
• Proven experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Ability to analyze manual processes and convert them into scalable, secure automation solutions.
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments with strict governance requirements.
• Proficiency with containerization platforms: Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on system reliability and resiliency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building or consuming Agentic AI systems and coordinating multiple AI agents via API endpoints.
• Familiarity with LLM-based services, AI orchestration patterns, or async workflows.
• Exposure to event-driven architectures or job-based automation models.
