Role Overview:

This role involves leading the design and implementation of advanced AI and automation solutions across various Lilly business functions, including medical, clinical, and commercial. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and intelligent automation frameworks, driving end-to-end solution delivery from requirements to scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and implementation of AI and automation solutions across Lilly business functions (medical, clinical, commercial)
• Architect and build LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and intelligent automation frameworks
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery (requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, scaling)
• Lead PoCs, pilots, and enterprise-scale rollouts of AI/automation initiatives
• Define and implement best practices for AI architecture, MLOps, and reusable accelerators
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and IT teams to identify transformation opportunities
• Ensure solutions meet quality, performance, security, and compliance standards (GxP, HIPAA)
• Support client interactions, solution demos, and executive-level discussions

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of API integration, microservices, and workflow orchestration
• Experience with data processing (structured/unstructured), ETL pipelines

Qualifications:

• 4-6 Years of experience with strong background in AI, automation, and enterprise application development

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Azure cloud ecosystem including AI services
