Own the enterprise quality engineering strategy, designing test automation architectures that integrate agentic AI and autonomous systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade test automation frameworks integrating Generative AI and LLMs.
• Develop autonomous testing agents using Agentic AI platforms like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
• Build robust test suites using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, and Rest Assured.
• Apply Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI orchestration techniques to enhance test coverage and reliability.
• Lead stakeholder management and communicate technical quality strategies across the organization.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Software Testing, Test Automation, and Quality Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous AI systems.
• Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Rest Assured, and API automation.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Proven track record of designing enterprise automation architectures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for stakeholder management.
