Description

Design and execute test plans to ensure software quality through manual, regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and manual test cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools.
• Perform regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to validate requirements and software functionality.
• Mentor junior testers on manual testing best practices and contribute to test strategy discussions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Experience with performance testing tools including JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within Agile teams.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or QTP.
