Description

You will own the backend infrastructure for AI-driven enterprise applications, focusing on Python microservices, API development, and secure LLM integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement Python microservices and APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django with clean contracts, versioning, and rate limiting.
• Build REST/GraphQL endpoints and internal SDKs to enable AI-enhanced features like prompt routing and retrieval.
• Implement asynchronous and event-driven processing using Celery, Kafka, or queues for high-throughput pipelines.
• Integrate services with enterprise AI platforms and LLM APIs, handling prompt orchestration, tool invocation, and response validation.
• Enforce runtime guardrails including input sanitization, PII redaction, toxicity filters, and output signing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in backend engineering with strong Python fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, GraphQL, Django, Kafka, Flask, and FastAPI.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and integrating pretrained/foundation models into enterprise applications.
• Experience constructing AI pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AutoRAG.
• Knowledge of model optimization techniques using Optuna and GridSearchCV.
• Understanding of semantic retrieval and vector search platforms.
• Experience with enterprise AI gateways such as Azure OpenAI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI pipeline tools and frameworks.
• Background in model optimization and AI solution deployment.
