Bridge business needs and AI development teams by defining requirements and validating model outputs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist the product owner in gathering and documenting functional requirements for AI front-end and back-end systems.
• Prepare source documents for AI models, including anonymising data and documenting label requirements.
• Analyse LLM and model outputs to validate chatbot accuracy against ground truth.
• Iterate on model feedback with the business to guide accuracy improvements and delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of non-internship professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in analysis roles.
• 2+ years of experience in AI project documentation.
• Insurance domain experience.
• Ability to define and review functional requirements.
• Experience working with data science teams on model preparation.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
