Description

You will lead business analysis for AI and Generative AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and manage AI-specific business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business objectives into AI use cases, KPIs, and measurable success metrics.
  • Collaborate with AI, data, and engineering teams throughout project delivery.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management, and user adoption.
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, risk teams, and technical teams.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
