Description

Design, develop, and maintain intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of conversational AI solutions, from architecture to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI-powered chatbots using Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, Kore.ai, or OpenAI GPT.
• Implement NLP and NLU techniques to enhance conversational accuracy and user experience.
• Integrate chatbots with third-party APIs, CRMs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Train and fine-tune ML models to optimize response quality and reduce latency.
• Build multi-channel solutions for web, mobile, social media, and voice assistants (Alexa, Google Assistant).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in chatbot development and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js for backend logic and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Dialogflow, Rasa, Watson Assistant, Kore.ai, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with NLP libraries such as spaCy or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for hosting and scaling bots.
• Ability to integrate with external APIs and manage data privacy compliance.
