You will build and enhance conversational AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate on chatbot features using conversational AI platforms.
• Train and improve intent recognition by curating training datasets.
• Apply Conversational AI best practices, including NLP techniques and data optimization.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and source code management practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall software delivery experience.
• 3+ years of chatbot development experience with IBM watsonx Orchestrate or similar platforms (Google Dialogflow CX, LivePerson, Amazon Lex, Kore.ai).
• 3+ years experience training and improving intent recognition.
• 3+ years experience applying Conversational AI best practices and NLP.
• 1+ year experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, unit testing, and source code management.
• 1+ year knowledge of cloud development and deployment principles.
• 1+ year backend development experience in Java, Node.js, or Python.
• 1+ year multi-language development experience in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• 1+ year experience in an Agile environment with knowledge of SDLC processes.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with IBM Watson Speech to Text or IBM Watson Discovery.
• Familiarity with SSML tagging for Text-to-Speech refinement.
