Responsibilities

• Audit current research and campaign performance data processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Evaluate data flows between departments and platforms to recommend AI-powered improvements.
• Collaborate with internal IT to manage integrations and ensure system compatibility.
• Structure and scale post-campaign analysis and QA processes.
• Provide strategic documentation to support internal teams with future-state planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Deep understanding of Data Architecture.
• Expertise in Media Operations.
• Experience applying AI to marketing workflows.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with strategy, media, analytics, and IT teams.
• Ability to bridge technical recommendations with business strategy.
• Degree in any field.
