Description

You will drive AI strategy and implement practical AI solutions within investment systems. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Surface AI and GenAI opportunities aligned to investment management objectives across ETFs, IMG operations, and data workflows.
• Shape AI strategy within Investment Systems, prioritizing use cases and assessing value for business goals.
• Drive quick proof of concepts and prototypes to test feasibility and convert successful experiments into recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using AI-assisted practices.
• Translate complex business problems into clear, data-informed solution options for partners.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of related experience, including 5+ years working with AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, or automation solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in investment management, ETFs, index operations, trading workflows, or similar financial environments.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools, cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS preferred), or automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of SDLC practices and modern engineering workflows.
• Proven ability to prototype rapidly and move from idea through validated recommendation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, and AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Background in applying AI and automation to operational or investment processes.
• Experience with AI assisted developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
