Description

Evaluate AI and Machine Learning systems for compliance with governance standards and organizational controls.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Test AI tools for compliance with access controls, data handling, and model explainability policies.
• Analyze data to verify AI performance and identify potential risks or control gaps.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues within AI implementations.
• Apply NIST control frameworks to assess AI governance and risk management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, specifically Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Expertise in NIST control frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI governance standards and ethics principles, including bias, fairness, and transparency.
• Experience in audit and compliance testing for organizational control policies.
• Proficiency in data analysis for risk identification.
• Any graduate degree.
