Lead AI and machine learning initiatives to optimize customer experience strategies, data analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration for improved customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer experience strategies using AI/ML technologies.
• Monitor customer feedback and analyze customer data to identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Apply current AI trends and technologies to enhance customer interactions.
• Ensure AI-driven interactions comply with privacy and data security regulations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related work experience in AI/ML or customer experience.
• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Knowledge of Customer Data analysis.
• Experience with Speech Recognition and chatbots.
• 0-2 years of people management experience.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• University degree in any field or equivalent experience.
