Description

You will deliver scalable insights and automated reporting within the Data and Analytics team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize repeatable, scalable code to execute analysis against large datasets.
• Assemble and integrate complex data from disparate internal and third-party sources for ingestion.
• Automate standard processes to deliver metrics and reports to stakeholders with minimal manual intervention.
• Identify code anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with Product and Technology teams to implement corrections.
• Preprocess raw data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data governance standards.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in an analyst role.
• Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery.
• Experience using R and Python for data analysis.
• Advanced use of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with Tableau and Looker for data visualization.
• Ability to perform descriptive and diagnostic analysis.
• BS degree in a STEM major or equivalent discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or Statistics.
• Cloud certification.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry or contributions to open-source AI projects.
