Lead the design and development of executive dashboards, reporting frameworks, and automation solutions using Power BI and Python.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Create scalable KPI, operational, and management reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
• Build Python-based automation solutions for reporting, reconciliation, and workflow optimization.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies to enhance business processes.
• Transform complex business data into actionable insights and compelling visualizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, or automation.
• Expert-level Power BI development, including DAX, data modeling, Power Query, and dashboard design.
• Advanced Python programming skills for data processing, automation, and API integration.
• Proficiency with SQL and enterprise data platforms.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
