Description

You will design and deploy production-grade AI/ML and GenAI solutions, integrating plant data, time series analytics, and OT/IT systems for manufacturing environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect data and analytics solutions with 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial contexts.
• Design and deploy AI/ML and GenAI solutions that have been running in production for at least 3 years.
• Integrate OT/IT systems and perform time series analytics on plant data.
• Facilitate workshops, solve structured problems, and communicate technical strategies to executives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in data and analytics architecture.
• 3+ years hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML or GenAI solutions in production.
• Strong background in manufacturing or industrial data environments.
• Experience with plant data, time series analytics, and OT/IT integration.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Expertise with data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with streaming tools (Kafka, Event Hubs) and ML platforms (MLflow, Azure ML, SageMaker).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GenAI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex AI) and vector databases.
• Exposure to digital thread, smart factory, or digital twin initiatives.
