Description

Lead architecture for batch and real-time AdTech data platforms supporting delivery, targeting, and analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data models and distributed systems for personalization, bidding, attribution, and fraud detection.
• Drive engineering decisions across ingestion, ETL/ELT, streaming, storage, and Data Science models.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver reliable, privacy-aware, cost-efficient platforms.
• Mentor teams and guide technical direction for data pipeline reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in software, data, or platform engineering with strong AdTech expertise.
• Expertise in streaming data, Python, and Spark.
• Proven success building large-scale distributed data platforms and production-grade pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, HBase, Hive, Presto, Flink, Airflow, and Beam.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms and AI/ML data enablement.
• Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Background in generating insights, experimentation, and optimization to characterize performance.
