Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and follow strict confidentiality protocols as customer privacy is the most important tenet
• Work with various types of data including text, speech, audio, image, and video for AI model training
• Deliver high-quality labeled data using provided guidelines to meet KPIs using in-house tools and software
• Generate high quality human insight data across multiple modalities including text, image, video and audio
• Make sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information during task execution
• Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to pivot from one category of requirement to another instantaneously
• Provide support on daily operational deliverables for multiple task types assigned to individual and team
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance quality of labeling tasks
• Identify day-to-day process and operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures and suggest improvements
• Demonstrate ownership in floor support to clarify internal queries during execution on need basis
