Description

You will design and build agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, and microservices in distributed cloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend AI agentic systems with tool use, planning, and autonomous decision-making workflows.
• Develop multi-agent systems where agents collaborate, delegate, and coordinate complex tasks.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems including document ingestion, chunking, vector stores, and retrieval pipelines.
• Design conversational chat systems with short-term and long-term context management.
• Integrate agentic systems with external APIs, enterprise data sources, and MCP servers while enforcing security and audit logging.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade Python and/or Java.
• Strong proficiency in building microservices and RESTful APIs in cloud-based environments.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Spinnaker).
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure using AWS or Azure and Terraform for IaC.
• Understanding of security in agentic systems, including authentication, authorization, and prompt injection defense.
• Proficient in Git and system monitoring tools like New Relic or Datadog.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science or related degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Boot, React, and distributed computing.
• Familiarity with document parsing systems and diverse file format handling.
