Transform raw internal data into trusted datasets, actionable insights, and executive-grade dashboards. Own the end-to-end analytics stack, including data ingestion, modeling, pipeline engineering, and dashboard delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end analytics stack, managing data ingestion, modeling, and pipeline engineering.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate questions into scalable data products and communicate insights.
• Lead data migration efforts from Alteryx to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery, ensuring data quality.
• Design and develop dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence roles.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer and Server workflows.
• Proficiency with Google Cloud & BigQuery, including performance optimization and data modeling.
• Extensive experience developing reporting solutions in Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and BigQuery optimization techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading data migration projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
