You will design and implement machine learning solutions to drive operational efficiency by building analytical models and extracting insights from large datasets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build analytical models by manipulating large datasets and integrating diverse data sources.
• Develop reproducible analytical approaches and perform ad-hoc exploratory data analysis using descriptive statistics.
• Apply machine learning and statistical techniques to extract actionable insights from complex data.
• Design complex algorithms to develop systems that deliver specific business functions.
• Present technical results, recommendations, and business value to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience practicing machine learning and data science in a business environment.
• Expertise in advanced machine learning algorithms, including deep learning, boosting methods, and time series.
• Proficiency with distributed computing tools: Hive, Spark, PySpark, Scala, and Tez/Map-reduce.
• Hands-on experience with data management and analysis in Hadoop and Teradata.
• Strong foundational quantitative knowledge in mathematics, statistics, or engineering.
• Experience using data mining and analysis methods to build and implement models.
• Ability to create and run simulations to test algorithmic performance.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, computer science, or economics.
