Description

You will design hands-on training modules, lab manuals, and proof-of-concept scenarios for Azure data engineering and AI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop structured training modules and step-by-step lab manuals for Azure Synapse, Data Lake, Data Factory, and Databricks.
• Build AI-driven analytics exercises using Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, and OpenAI services.
• Design proof-of-concept projects and sample datasets to simulate real-world business challenges.
• Construct real-time streaming and event-driven data processing labs using Azure Event Hubs, Kafka, and Stream Analytics.
• Support hackathons, AI boot camps, and data challenges by developing practical exercises and learning paths.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Azure Data Platform, data engineering, and AI/ML development.
• Expertise in Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, Data Factory, and Databricks.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, or Scala for data engineering and AI/ML applications.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills for enterprise-grade data warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with real-time data streaming using Event Hubs, Kafka, or Stream Analytics.
• Deep understanding of Azure AI services, OpenAI, and Azure Machine Learning.
• Experience building training content, lab manuals, or structured learning materials.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep), and Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Exposure to Power BI, Fabric, and self-service analytics training.
• Azure Data & AI certifications such as DP-203 or AI-102.
