Design and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline research processes and business workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate agentic tools and LLM-powered assistants for business users.
• Analyze current workflows to identify automation and augmentation opportunities.
• Integrate internal and third-party APIs, including Microsoft Graph API and Logic Apps.
• Develop AI solutions using Azure AI Services and Power Platform components.
• Document technical designs, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with a recent focus on AI/ML or automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services).
• Familiarity with agent frameworks: LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Solid understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Integration experience using Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, or Logic Apps.
• Familiarity with PowerShell or C#.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of data structures, ETL, and API-based integration patterns.
