Description

You will design, build, and deploy end-to-end Generative AI use cases, moving from proof-of-concept to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Level 1 support automation and Level 0 self-healing infrastructure to minimize resolution time.
• Implement agentic AI solutions for high-volume, repetitive IT tasks and autonomous ticket deflection.
• Build and maintain API integrations using REST and gRPC to connect conversational layers to backend systems.
• Integrate with enterprise systems including SAP web services and ticketing tools like JIRA/BMC Helix.
• Ensure security compliance with OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and implement data-masking and encryption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in enterprise software development, backend engineering, or systems integration.
• Proficiency in Python and Node.js for backend and microservices development.
• Deep practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and designing RAG pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (pgvector, Pinecone).
• Strong understanding of REST API and gRPC protocols.
• Experience with cloud-native microservices and AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Multi-agent swarms and Model Context Protocol.
• Experience with enterprise ticketing tools (JIRA/BMC Helix) and SAP web services.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLMs security practices.
