Description

You will design, build, and support AI-enabled applications and intelligent automation systems. This role focuses on delivering NLP/NLU use cases, including IVR, chatbots, and interaction routing, while integrating AI services into enterprise platforms to ensure operational stability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement NLP/NLU solutions for conversational interfaces.
• Build and maintain intelligent automation workflows and interaction routing logic.
• Integrate AI services into existing enterprise platforms using REST APIs.
• Ensure operational stability and performance of deployed AI models.
• Manage data persistence using SQL Server and MongoDB.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python, NodeJS, and .NET Core.
• Strong background in NLP/NLU, IVR, and Conversational AI.
• Experience with Azure Cognitive Services.
• Hands-on knowledge of REST APIs.
• Demonstrable experience with SQL Server and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.
