Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents for enterprise use cases.

Build intelligent automation solutions using LLMs, Generative AI, and agent-based architectures.

Develop and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.

Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and integrate vector databases.

Utilize GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity (Must Have).

Integrate AI solutions with business applications, databases, and cloud platforms.

Optimize prompts, workflows, and AI model performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices.

Required Skills

5 to 10 years of strong software development experience.

Expert-level coding skills in Python (mandatory).

Hands-on experience building AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions.

Experience with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.).

Working knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.

Strong experience in AI Automation and workflow orchestration.

Experience with RAG and vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate).

Experience using GitHub Copilot in software development projects.

Strong understanding of APIs, Microservices, OOP, and Design Patterns.

Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS, or GCP AI services.

Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud-native development.
