Build, deploy, and manage Generative AI solutions and automation pipelines for enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and enterprise AI platforms.
• Develop AI-based automation solutions and backend services using Python.
• Implement RAG, prompt engineering, summarization, and intent classification techniques.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, ITSM tools, and business data sources.
• Deploy and manage AI workflows through CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in software development and AI implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Python for AI and automation development.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning concepts and RAG architectures.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with customers to identify AI use cases and drive implementation from concept to production.
• Familiarity with enterprise ITSM tools and data privacy standards.
